Logosharx Logo Design agrees to award all rights associated with
ownership and usage of materials developed by Logosharx to the
customer upon completion of the project, receipt of full payment
and completed transfer certificate. Until such time Logosharx
retains and reserves all rights to any content created by Logosharx
as set forth by the Copyright Laws of the United States of America
(Title 17 U.S.C., et seq., and the Digital Copyright Act).
Ownership (copyright and title) of the final artwork becomes the
property of the Client, having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free
use of the image upon project completion, receipt of full payment
and completed transfer certificate. Logosharx Logo Design retains
rights to display the artwork in portfolio and advertising materials.
All concepts, comprehensives, or other preliminary materials,
which are not selected by the Client or are not included into
the final delivery, remain the full property of Logosharx Logo
Desig.
1. All interaction occurs over the Internet.
2. Order confirmation will be sent to you by email confirming
the immediate start of the project within one business day. The
order will be confirmed only after receipt of completed Order
Form and payment confirmation.
3. 1 to 4 designers will collaborate on your initial logo design
concepts, depending on the package you choose.
5. Guaranteed two day delivery may be available for an additional

Logosharx will deliver unlimited revisions of
your logo design until you are 100% satisfied.
1. All interaction occurs over the Internet.
2. Revision requests shall be submitted via our online revision
request form. Revision cycles consist of 1-6 additional compositions
that incorporate specific changes requested by the client. The
purpose of the revision process is to create responses that move
forward in a specific direction from a single design composition
as chosen by the client. Client’s requests shall be modifications
of the chosen composition only. Revision requests that depart
from the current composition or require major graphical changes,
will be honored and completed in the same timely manner, however;
Logosharx reserves the right to charge $50 for each such Revision.
No revision work, which requires payment, will be started without
authorization from Client.
3. If the Client wishes to pursue a second logo design from the
initial concepts presented, a second logo design must first be
purchased.
4. Revision cycles take a minimum of 5 business days to complete,
depending on the complexity of your requested changes and designer
schedules.
5. Client shall have 30 days to respond to each set of concepts/revisions
submitted to Client for review. If after 30 days the Client has
failed to so respond, Logosharx will assume the Project complete
and the Project shall be deemed to be complete.
* Changes to the text of a logo in progress, including a name
change, will result in additional fees that must be paid in full
before the project can continue.
1. Upon completion of your logo design project,
your final logo files will be made available for you to download
so you can begin using them right away. You will receive ONE logo
in each of the following formats: .AI, .EPS, .PDF (resolution
independent) 300 DPI .JPEG, 72 DPI .GIF, and 600 DPI .TIF files.
2. Your logo files will remain available for you to download for
thirty days or until you have been issued your final CD (if applicable.)
As we do not maintain art files indefinitely online, you must
download these files to your own system within thirty days! We
will provide an additional online access for $20 per thirty days
of access.
3. Your final logo package will be shipped after all materials
have been prepared and/or printed which typically takes 4-6 weeks.
Express printing and shipping is available for an additional fee.
*Logosharx assumes no liability to customers for any lost business
or other damages, real or constructive, whatsoever. Buyer assumes
full risk of possible delays.
*Buyer assumes full responsibility of ensuring the compatibility
of the provided Logo files with their own system. While many help
and FAQ files are provided, Logosharx assumes no liability to
the customer for his own level of technological comprehension,
nor for customers lack of access to proper hardware or software
for viewing, printing or editing the provided logo files.
Should Client require additional artwork beyond
the scope of the standard logo package (either concurrently with
the logo project or at a later date), the Client will be offered
a price list for other corporate identity or graphic items. Additional
work will be done after prepaying add-on services in full.
Please note that detailed illustrations are beyond the scope of
logo design and are not included in the price. Detailed illustrations
do not work well as part of a logo and we highly recommend against
their use! Still, you may choose to include a detailed illustration
in your design, which we will be happy to provide for an additional
fee.
Logosharx is committed to designing
a new logo for you that you will be satisfied with. For this reason,
at any time before requesting your first round of revisions, you
may request to have all work stopped and your money refunded (less
a minimum $50 service fee for all refunds).
This refund policy is void if any of the following conditions
apply: :If you have requested revisions; If you have purchased
a redraw of your project; If we do not hear back from you for
more than 30 days; If the company we are making the logo for closes,
changes their name or their activity; If the project was closed
for reasons unrelated to our design.
Once you have requested revisions, you will no longer be eligible
for a refund. Instead, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
through unlimited FREE revisions of your logo design until you
approve of your final logo design.
*Logosharx is not responsible for technological delays beyond
our immediate control. If your spamblocker blocks our emails from
reaching you, or if you do not provide a valid email address where
you can be reached, Logosharx reserves the right to conclude your
project at any time, with or without a refund, which will be at
Logosharx sole discretion.
Logosharx offers no guarantee of "match-print" or "match-product"
color fidelity and cannot prevent slight color drift throughout
an order. Logosharx cannot calibrate customers computer monitor
and therefore does not guarantee color will match the preview
as it appears on customers monitor.
Logosharx does not check any final
stationery submission for spelling, grammar, or any other errors.
The stationery will be printed as it appears during the final
approval step. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to
ensure that all materials given their final approval and submitted
for printing are formatted correctly and comply with any and all
applicable laws.
Logosharx expects the Client to perform researching on their company
name to be sure the name is not already in use and securing a
trademark or service mark to protect the Client’s legal
rights to any name or image. Logosharx is not and will not be
held responsible for any legal action that may result from improper
due diligence on the availability of a company name or image.
Your violation of these terms and
conditions, including attempted chargeback when ineligible for
a refund, will be considered attempted fraud and breach of contract,
and will immediately conclude your project. Logosharx will not,
under any circumstance, resume work with a client who has breached
our contract and attempted to obtain our services fraudulently.
Logosharx reserves the right
to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations
of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access
from a particular Internet address to the Site. You agree to indemnify,
defend and hold harmless Logosharx from any liability, loss, claim
and expense, including attorney’s fess related to your violation
of these terms and conditions or your use of the services and
information provided at the site.
